Elias has extensive experience in innovation and entrepreneurship research, programs & policies for private and public sectors in Lebanon and across the Arab Region. His experience spreads across technology and social entrepreneurship programming. Elias led on programing and partnerships development for a number of organizations connecting the Lebanese tech startup ecosystem to the Arab States' & the UK’s. He is the Next Generation Foresight Practitioners 2021 MENA Special Award winner.

Elias holds a BA in Political Science & Public Administration from Université Saint Joseph (Lebanon) and an MSc. in Innovation, Strategy & Entrepreneurship from Grenoble Graduate School of Business (France).
