Brock Pierce (born November 14, 1980) is an entrepreneur and venture capitalist with an extensive track record of founding, advising, and investing in disruptive businesses. He is also running for President of the United States in the 2020 presidential election as an independent candidate, with promises to embrace technology, and further, implement it into the government’s infrastructure. He’s been credited with pioneering the market for digital currency and has raised more than $5 billion for companies he has founded. Pierce is the Chairman of the Bitcoin Foundation and co-founder of EOS Alliance, Block.one, Blockchain Capital, Tether, and Mastercoin -the first Initial Coin Offering in history.
