Monali Ranade is Senior Energy Specialist in the Middle East and North Africa Region at the World Bank. Monali has worked on investment lending, policy dialogue, and technical assistance for the energy sector, with a focus on innovative financial and institutional solutions and cross-sectoral engagement on climate change. Prior to joining the World Bank, Monali worked with the UN, in consulting and private sector for over a decade, having started out as an entrepreneur.
